Who we are
These terms cover your use of themomsbestfriend.com and the digital products sold here by The Mom's Best Friend, a business based in Kansas. By buying or using our products, you agree to them.
What you're buying
Our products are digital downloads: written guides and AI instructions, which we call friends, that you set up in a separate AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude. You'll receive a download link by email right after purchase. You need your own account with the AI app, which is provided by another company under its own terms.
Your personal license
When you buy a friend, you may use her guide and instructions for yourself and your household. Please don't share, resell, republish or give away the guides or instructions, in whole or in part. If someone you know would like a friend of her own, we'd love for you to send her to themomsbestfriend.com.
AI isn't professional advice
Our friends offer ideas and planning help, and AI can make mistakes. Nothing they say is medical, nutritional, fitness, financial, legal or professional advice. Please double-check anything important, like allergy information, school dates and new exercise routines, and talk with a qualified professional when it matters.
The AI apps
ChatGPT is a product of OpenAI and Claude is a product of Anthropic. We're independent and aren't affiliated with or endorsed by either company. Their apps, features, plans and limits may change at any time, and we can't control how they work.
All sales are final
Because every friend is a digital download you receive right away, all sales are final. You can read the details, including how we handle duplicate charges and download problems, in our refund policy.
Limits of our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, our products are provided as they are, and our total responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will show the latest version.
