What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address and order details, collected through our Squarespace store. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
- When you join the Sunday Note: your email address, collected through Substack.
- When you visit: basic, anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, through Squarespace's analytics and cookies.
- When you write to us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
What we don't collect
Your friends live in your own ChatGPT or Claude account. We never see your conversations, your family notes or anything you share with the AI app. Those apps have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your purchase, send the emails you've asked for, answer your questions and improve our products. We don't sell your personal information.
Who helps us
We rely on trusted services to run the business, including Squarespace for our website and store, our payment processor for checkout, and Substack for the Sunday Note. They handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the Sunday Note anytime using the link in any email. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to us.
Children
Our products and site are made for adults, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of the page.
