Every friend is a digital download you receive right away, so all sales are final, and we're always glad to help you get her working.

Each friend is a digital download, and her instructions are yours to copy the moment your download arrives. For that reason, we aren't able to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.
We'll help you set her up
If you're having trouble getting your friend working in ChatGPT or Claude, our setup guide walks through every click, and you're always welcome to write to us so we can help you get her up and running.
If something went wrong with your order
If you were charged twice for the same friend, or you bought a friend on her own and the Circle in the same order by mistake, write to us and we'll refund the duplicate. If your download link expired or never arrived, click the link in your receipt email for a fresh one, or write to us and we'll send it right over.
